we have a tearful plea from a Crookston woman to find her missing brother 30 year-old Frank Ramirez Ramirez has been missing since a week ago Thursday her neighbor threatened to shoot my brother [Music] I feel something’s wrong now I just talked with Victoria Ramirez on the telephone who also says her brother Frank may have been hearing voices at the time she says he does not have a vehicle so it’s believed he’s somewhere in the area if you have any information you’re asked to call law enforcement I’m Neil Berg reporting for i-news TV
