ELK RIVER CRASH: Two-Vehicle Collision on Hwy 10 Sends Elderly Man to Hospital – trfnews.i234.me

ELK RIVER, MINNESOTA (trfnews.i234.me) – Authorities responded to a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday, June 17th, around 3:13 p.m. at the intersection of U.S. Highway 10 and Highway 169 in Sherburne County.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2021 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Michael Steven Wallin, 73, of Elk River, collided with a 2012 Nissan Sentra, driven by Doris Kaykay, 67, of Ostego, as both vehicles were heading westbound.

Wallin was transported to Mercy Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, while Kaykay was uninjured. Both drivers were wearing seat belts, and alcohol was not involved. The Elk River Police, Fire Department, and Ambulance all responded.
