MOORHEAD, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Moorhead Police are investigating a report of shots fired early Friday morning. At approximately 4:00 a.m. on August 2, 2024, officers responded to a call about gunfire in the 1500 block of Belsly Boulevard. A bystander initially reported the shots, and an officer in the area also heard the gunfire.
Upon arrival, officers found no suspects, victims, or damage. However, they did recover four 9mm shell casings in the 1400 block of Belsly Boulevard. The investigation is ongoing, and authorities are asking anyone with information about the incident to contact Red River Regional Dispatch at 701-451-7660 and ask to speak to a Moorhead Police Department supervisor.
