DETROIT LAKES, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Roger J. Jackson, 51, of Duluth, Minnesota, is facing multiple felony charges in Detroit Lakes. According to court documents, on June 6th, Detroit Lakes Police responded to a welfare check for an intoxicated man at a residence on Main Street. Officers found Jackson, who had outstanding warrants in St. Louis County, Minnesota, and Cass County, North Dakota. While being medically cleared at the hospital, Jackson attempted to urinate on the floor and then became violent, kicking at officers and biting one officer’s finger before being restrained and taken to jail. He has been charged with fourth-degree assault on a peace officer and being a fugitive from justice.
