GRAND FORKS, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A 20-year-old Grand Forks woman, Brianna Lynn Thomas, is facing serious drug trafficking charges following a traffic stop on July 19th.
Incident Details
Thomas was a passenger in a vehicle pulled over by police. During the stop, officers detected the smell of marijuana, prompting a search of the vehicle. During the search, officers allegedly found Thomas in possession of 90 M30 fentanyl pills and other drug paraphernalia.
Additional Charges
Upon being booked into jail, Thomas was found to be in possession of additional drugs. As a result, she is now facing multiple charges, including:
- Felony possession with intent to deliver fentanyl
- Felony possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility
- Three misdemeanor drug-related charges
Thomas’s court records indicate a pattern of serious drug-related offenses, and these new charges add to her legal troubles.
