a 23-year-old Miss Kawana quad Owen cloud of Bemidji is facing a long string of charges in connection to drug trafficking according to court documents on June 28th at 10 40 PM a Bemidji officer pulled over two vehicles for speeding in Bemidji and Cloud allegedly took off in a Suburban he crashed around 1617 Norton Avenue Northwest and took off on foot and was arrested soon after a search of the vehicle found 3487 dollars in cash and Drugs in one part of a long incoherent rambling statement to police Cloud said quote I am native mob and nobody’s effing with me cloud has been charged with uh four felonies a first degree sale of heroin possession of six grams or more of heroin possession of 10 grams or more of Fentanyl and fleeing in a motor vehicle plus misdemeanor fleeing on foot I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

Bemidiji has flopped with the increased level of crime. It used to be a nice place to live. I moved out of town. My home was broken into and I heard others talk about being home when some drugged up fool went in their place. It's gotten out of control. Law enforcement seems like they're always playing catch-up as criminals increase with their nonsense.
