Drove Himself To Fargo Drug Arrest

FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Fargo man is facing a drug trafficking charge, after driving himself to police headquarters.
Richard Charles Pson of Fargo drove himself to police headquarters for a drug trafficking charge. According to court documents, on July 27th at 11:14 a.m., he drove into the parking lot to submit a harassment report. It was quickly learned he had outstanding warrants in Fargo and Grand Forks. A person was rambling about how unknown people stalk him in gangs when he was arrested and found to have six baggies of suspected meth weighing nearly 12 grams while being booked into jail. Person did tell police he’d been diagnosed with schizophrenia and now charged with felonies of possession with intent to deliver meth and possessing a controlled substance in a correctional facility.
