On August 6 at 9:42 p.m., a minor collision occurred in the Walmart parking lot in Thief River Falls.
Neil Howard of Mahnomen was reversing his 1998 Ford Windstar out of a parking space when he accidentally struck a 2011 Buick Lucerne owned by Marilyn Grafstrom of Roseau.
There were no injuries reported in the incident.
Following the accident, police arrived on the scene and cited Howard for driving after revocation and driving without insurance.
