we had a wild arrest up in Drayton North Dakota on Friday night Benjamin W wentzel is facing a long string of charges following a Pursuit that started on northbound Interstate 29 at 10 25 PM Friday south of Drayton according to court documents the officer reported Wenzel was all over the road at 94 miles per hour the suspect entered the city of Drayton and drove into a dead end then drove about 300 feet on a dike before getting stuck eye news viewer photos here but the story doesn’t end here Wenzel had to be taken into the law enforcement center and grafted on a chair with wheels once inside he allegedly lunged at an officer and while on the floor made threatening comments toward the officer and their family then he didn’t cooperate with Chemical Testing Benjamin Wenzel has been charged with felony fleeing two felony counts of reckless endangerment felony prevented discharge of Duties along with the misdemeanors of DUI DUI refusal and menacing I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me
