DRAYTON, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Drayton, North Dakota man is facing serious criminal charges after a frightening series of events on Main Street. On the evening of July 14th, 19-year-old Ian Passa allegedly drove up to a group of juveniles and pointed a gun at them. Shortly afterward, he nearly ran over a couple and their child walking on the same street. The couple reported having to move out of the way quickly to avoid being struck by Passa’s vehicle. As a result of these actions, Ian Passa is now charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment with extreme indifference.
