Douglas County: David Louis Wolfgram Declared Wanted Fugitive After Criminal Sexual Conduct Conviction

Douglas County (trfnews.i234.me) — David Louis Wolfgram, born September 8, 1978, has been declared a wanted fugitive by the Minnesota Department of Corrections (DOC) as of March 21, 2025.

Wolfgram, convicted of criminal sexual conduct in Douglas County under court file number 21-CR-16-479, was sentenced on October 2, 2019, and last released on December 5, 2024. Authorities have confirmed that Wolfgram violated release conditions and is now the focus of a statewide fugitive search.

DOC Agent Chad Christianson is currently managing the case. Law enforcement urges the public to avoid contact and to report any sightings immediately.
