FARGO, N.D. (trfnews.i234.me) – Jeremy Dalton, a 34-year-old former bouncer of Old Broadway in downtown Fargo, has been convicted of aggravated assault and now faces new charges.
In early 2024, Dalton was found guilty of assaulting someone in downtown Fargo. The incident was captured on video, showing him punching another man in the face. He was sentenced to serve 180 days in jail and two years of probation.
New court documents filed on October 3rd reveal that Dalton is facing a separate domestic violence charge. According to the documents, he allegedly grabbed a woman by her throat during an argument inside a West Fargo home. The victim reported being unable to breathe, with police noting red marks on her neck. A child in the home called 911.
Dalton has denied any physical altercation took place between him and the woman. His next court appearance for the domestic violence charge is scheduled for November 13th.
Additionally, a warrant was filed on October 30th for Dalton’s arrest regarding a felony unlawful possession of a firearm charge.
