Double Trouble: Polk County Fire Crews Tackle Two Fires Simultaneously

POLK COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – Alex Stone here with breaking news from Polk County, Minnesota. At 5:40 p.m. on Wednesday evening, fire crews were dispatched to two separate fires occurring at the same time.

The first incident involved a small grass fire beside a house in Gentley, located about 5 miles east of Crookston. Firefighters quickly arrived and extinguished the flames. The cause of this fire remains unknown, but no injuries were reported.

Almost simultaneously, another call came in for a vehicle fire in Euclid, approximately 15 miles north of Crookston. Homeowners managed to contain the fire before the fire crews arrived, who then proceeded to ensure the vehicle was completely safe and no further risk of fire remained.

Both incidents resulted in minor fire calls, and thankfully, no injuries were reported.
