Donald “Donny” Lynn Hagen Sr., 78, of Milford, TX passed from this life into God’s loving arms on February 5, 2026. He was born July 8, 1947 in Gilby, ND, the son of Alice (Mather) and George Hagen. He attended Gilby High School. He was united in marriage to the love of his life, Cheryl Geddes on August 12, 1966 and had 59 wonderful years together.
Donnie was preceded in death by his parents, son Hubert Kevin, brothers Hubert “Hubie” and Darwin, and sisters Luella and Lorna.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, children Keith (Karen) Henningsgard of Grand Forks, ND; Josette (Michael) Hagen Castellano of Aurora. CO; and Donald (Jennifer) Hagen of Pilot Point, TX; grandsons Jake Castellano and Kyle Henningsgard, and great grandsons, Cole and Brooks Henningsgard.
A private burial will take place in Oak Grove Memorial Gardens in Irving, TX, and a celebration of life to remember Donnie will be held in North Dakota this summer.
