A man in Grand Forks had his condo vandalized while he was out. The suspect, a woman, not only threw things around in the man’s unit but also knocked on other doors and threw things around in the hallways of the condo complex. The suspect was eventually taken into custody after Jennifer Rogers, a witness, called the police. The victim is now working on putting things back together with the help of his grandson.
