a 59-year-old ardan John Archer of Dilworth has been charged with two counts of first deegree attempted criminal sexual conduct victim under 14 both of those charges carry a maximum sentence of 30 years if convicted he’s also been charged with one count of second degree criminal sexual conduct victim under 14 according to the criminal complaint the incidents happened between April 1st and November 10th of 2023 in Clay County the complaint says he allegedly tried to force the victim to commit oral sex on him and made sexual contact with the victim I’m Neil Berg reporting for in.tv
