Dickinson Man Listed as Moderate-Risk Sex Offender
DICKINSON (trfnews.i234.me) – The North Dakota Sex Offender Registry lists 40-year-old Michael Joseph Kessel of Dickinson as a moderate-risk offender. His registration is active and set to expire in November 2030.
According to Stark County District Court records, Kessel was convicted on November 14, 2005, of Corruption or Solicitation of a Minor under state law 12.1-20-05. He was sentenced to one year, with 10 months suspended, and two years of supervised probation.
Registry information describes Kessel as a White male, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing 150 pounds, with blue eyes and brown hair. His tattoos include a bison head with “701” on his upper right chest, angel wings with the letter “K” on his right arm, a tribal sun and “God Smack Sun” on his upper left arm, and “Hailey” with two eyes on the right side of his neck. His registered address is 642 12th Street West, Apartment 112, Dickinson, Stark County.
