FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Devils Lake woman is facing serious legal trouble after an incident at a Fargo homeless shelter led to her being charged with felony terrorizing. Tammy L. Jones, a resident of Devils Lake, was charged following an altercation at the Downtown Engagement Center in Fargo.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on August 23rd at approximately 3:16 p.m. Fargo police officers were dispatched to the shelter after a witness reported hearing Jones threaten another woman when she was asked to leave the premises.
