DEVILS LAKE, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – A Devils Lake, North Dakota man, Ramsey J. Cavanaugh, is facing criminal charges for allegedly stealing a bottle of vodka and a debit card. According to court documents, Cavanaugh stole the vodka from The Liquor Locker in Devils Lake and was found in possession of a stolen debit card. He is now charged with felony theft and misdemeanor theft.
