Devils Lake, North Dakota (trfnews.i234.me) – Joshua Posey is facing serious felony charges following a drug investigation that led to his arrest in Devils Lake.
Court records show that officers conducting surveillance in the city stopped a vehicle and found methamphetamine. That discovery triggered a search warrant at 407 14th Street Northwest, where more drugs were seized.
Posey now faces four felony charges:

Possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine

Possession with intent to distribute cocaine

Delivery of methamphetamine

Possession of drug paraphernalia
Posey was taken into custody following the search and remains under investigation as law enforcement continues efforts to combat trafficking in the region.
