What investigators allege
Investigators say the incident happened at a Devils Lake residence. They say Guy confronted two people and took a wallet. They say a baseball bat was used during the robbery.
One victim was hit several times in the arm, authorities allege. The second victim was hit in the back, according to the complaint. That victim was also punched in the face, investigators say.
Authorities have not released new details on the victims’ conditions. TRF News is not naming the victims.

Damage claim
Charging papers also describe damage inside the residence. Investigators estimate the damage at about $1,700. They allege the bat was used to cause the damage.
Charges filed
Guy is charged with four felonies, according to court filings. The felony counts include robbery. They also include two counts of aggravated assault. A felony terrorizing charge was also filed.
Prosecutors also filed one misdemeanor count of criminal mischief. Court records will show upcoming hearings and release terms.
All charges are accusations. Guy is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
