Detroit Lakes (trfnews.i234.me) – A shocking twist has emerged in the brutal murder of Detroit Lakes missionary Beau Shroyer in Angola, Africa, as authorities have now formally charged his wife, Jackie Shroyer, in connection with his death.
Beau was tragically killed in a violent, criminal attack on October 25, 2024, and initial reports suggested it was a targeted assault. However, in a stunning development, authorities in Lubango, Angola, allege that Jackie Shroyer orchestrated a murder-for-hire plot to have her husband killed.
According to police sources, Jackie allegedly conspired with a security guard hired by the couple, who then recruited two men to carry out the murder in exchange for payment. Authorities now say Jackie acted as a co-author in the crime, solidifying her role in the deadly scheme.
The case has sent shockwaves through the missionary community and the Lakes Area Vineyard Church, where Lead Pastor Troy Easton confirmed the charges against Jackie. While a court date has not yet been set, legal proceedings are expected within the next six months.
Meanwhile, the couple’s children are currently being cared for by close family members, with support from SIM and Lakes Area Vineyard Church.
