📅 January 20: Peake’s significant other questioned him about infidelity.
🔴 In response, he allegedly choked her with both hands for 8–10 seconds, preventing her from breathing.
📅 January 21:
👊 Peake allegedly hit the woman and then choked her three separate times:
1️⃣ Grabbed her throat with one hand, squeezing for 3–5 seconds, cutting off her breathing.
2️⃣ Choked her again with one hand while backing her against a wall, lifting her nearly off the ground.
3️⃣ Used both hands to choke her, telling her, “You’re gonna piss me off to the point I’m not going to stop.”
💢 The victim experienced blurry vision and had visible redness on her neck from the assault.
