DETROIT LAKES, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – An employee of a restaurant in Detroit Lakes is set to be deported following allegations of privacy invasion. According to court records, Jesus Hernandez-Espana was caught recording women in a restroom stall at El Loro Mexican Restaurant on November 4.
Police obtained his phone, which contained multiple video clips of women in compromising positions. Two victims have previously spoken about the incident. Hernandez-Espana was charged with interfering with privacy and briefly detained at Becker County Jail before posting a $200 bail.
At a court hearing on December 2, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced plans to deport him to Honduras on December 11. Hernandez-Espana did not enter a plea during the hearing and is scheduled to appear in court remotely on December 30.
