Mahnomen County (trfnews.i234.me) — Prosecutors have filed two felony murder charges against Dyami Owen Clark, 23, of Bagley, Minnesota, in the stabbing death of Adam James Webster, 24.
Charges filed
Clark is charged with second-degree murder with intent, without premeditation.
He is also charged with second-degree murder without intent while committing a felony.

The case is filed in Mahnomen County District Court.
These charges are allegations. Clark is presumed innocent unless proven guilty in court.
What the complaint alleges
According to the criminal complaint, officers were dispatched at about 12:22 a.m. on Dec. 14, 2025.
The call reported a stabbing outside King’s Corner Bar in Mahnomen.
Police found Webster lying motionless on the ground, the complaint states.
The complaint says there was blood on the ground and on the victim.
EMS declared Webster dead, according to the complaint.
A preliminary autopsy report later listed stab wounds to the torso.
The report said the wounds perforated the heart and liver.
The preliminary manner of death was listed as homicide, the complaint states.
Witness accounts and video review
The complaint describes a fight inside the bar and a second fight outside.
Witnesses told investigators they saw a man in a light-colored hoodie.
More than one witness reported seeing a knife, the complaint states.
Investigators also reviewed city camera video, according to the complaint.
The complaint says the person in the light-colored hoodie ran west after the altercation.
Investigators later located a light-colored hoodie with apparent blood, the complaint states.
Arrest and statements
On Dec. 15, 2025, officers received a tip on Clark’s location, the complaint states.
The complaint says he was found in the woods and arrested.
After his arrest, the complaint says Clark claimed it was self-defense.
The complaint says he also stated he ran because he was scared.
