CLEARWATER COUNTY, MN (trfnews.i234.me) We now have more details with formal Murder charges filed against Christyan Logan of Bagley. The deceased victim, Tray McCollum was assaulted at Lower Rice Lake and driven to Bagley where he died.
We now have more details regarding the murder of Troy McCullum. Christian Logan facing murder charges. According to court documents, this all started at Lower Rice Lake. The victim, Trey McCullum, was ricing on Lower Rice Lake with his half brother IDed in court documents as BB on Saturday. BB stated they left the area to purchase some alcohol. When they return, the suspect Logan exited his vehicle and began assaulting BBE, who says he ran into the woods, looked back, and saw Logan and the victim, Trey McCullum, fighting. And he stated he saw Logan stomping on McCullum’s head. Then Logan told BB to help McCullum. He was not breathing and turning blue. BB stated Logan helped load McCullum in his vehicle and he drove him here uh back to 220 Brown Street in Baggley where McCullum’s girlfriend called 911. According to court documents, the victim was then taken to the Baggley Sanford emergency room where medical staff attempted life-saving measures but were unsuccessful. The victim McCullum was pronounced deceased at 1:35 a.m. A member of the Sanford Bagley ER pointed out to the officer the victim had extreme damage to his left orbital socket under the skin, a contusion and tearing to the left eye, and a split on the nose. Uh the injuries indicated that the victim had been hit with extreme force. Christian Logan now charged with three varying counts of murder. Seconddegree murder with intent not premeditated, seconddegree murder without intent while committing a felony, and thirdderee murder perpetuating an eminently dangerous act. Logan has previous convictions of criminal sexual conduct and burglary, plus a pending case of domestic assault violation of a protection order. I’m Bob Carlson reporting for newsw.tv.
