I news has learned from a person with knowledge of that deadly officer involved shooting near East Grand Forks Tuesday a PK County Deputy was also struck by a bullet the deputy was not injured and it’s not known whether it was a direct shot into the deputy’s vest or a Ricochet bullet that wound up in his clothing again the deputy wasn’t injured and it’s not known who fired the shot that hit the deputy in their preliminary report the BCA said an unnamed officer fired his weapon multiple times killing Gilbertson the BCA said Gilbertson had a handgun that was found outside a broken window of the home the BCA did not say in their preliminary report whether or not that gun had been fired many more details yet to be uncovered as the BCA wraps up its final report on the incident in the coming weeks I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
