BEMIDJI, MN (trfnews.i234.me) A Bemidji, Minnesota man is facing 2 counts of Indecent Exposure. Deputies reported the car was rocking when they went to talk with Jestin Lord, who’s now charged.
Deputies reported the car was rocking when they responded to a complaint at 331 Lonie Court Northeast on the north side of Lake Bamiji on July 8th. According to court documents, a deputy stated Justin Lord was in the passenger side of the vehicle with a female and they were both mostly unclothed. The complainant reported they were on the property July 4th and 5th and that on July 4th her grandchildren were also present and observed Lord’s exposed genitals. According to the statement of probable cause, a Lord admitted that on July 4th he was at the property and did not have any clothes on because he was having sexual relations with his girlfriend and exited the car to change. Justin Lord now charged with gross misdemeanor indecent exposure in the presence of a minor and misdemeanor indecent exposure. I’m Bob Carlson reporting for newsw.tv.
