Delano (trfnews.i234.me) — A Delano man in Wright County faces two gross misdemeanor DWI charges.
The charges follow a late-night traffic stop, a complaint says.
Andrew Mark Warn, 31, is charged under Minnesota’s impaired driving law.
One count alleges he drove under the influence of alcohol.
A second count alleges an alcohol concentration of 0.08 within two hours.
Headlights-off stop
The stop happened about 1:55 a.m. Saturday, the complaint says.
Deputies said they saw a vehicle moving without headlights.
They stopped the vehicle near Highway 12 S.E. and Bridge Avenue West.
Deputies identified the driver as Warn, according to the complaint.
They reported bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.
They also reported poor balance.

Open container
Deputies said they saw an open alcohol container in the center console.
They reported it was sitting in a cup holder.
Field tests
The complaint says Warn agreed to field sobriety tests.
Deputies said he did not complete the tests successfully.
They arrested him and took him to jail.
Breath test
At the jail, deputies read the Minnesota Breath Test Advisory, the complaint says.
Warn agreed to provide a breath sample, according to the filing.
A test at about 3:17 a.m. showed a 0.28 alcohol concentration.
That is 3.5 times the 0.08 legal threshold for most drivers.
Complaint details
The complaint references aggravating factors under Minnesota law.
Those factors can raise a DWI to second-degree, a gross misdemeanor.
Court records also list a prior DWI conviction from May 2016.
Bail and conditions
Court records say the case was filed Monday, Jan. 12, 2026.
The offense date is listed as Saturday, Jan. 10, 2026.
Bail was set at $0 with conditions, records say.
An alternative bail amount was set at $12,000 without conditions.
Conditions included alcohol monitoring and random testing, records say.
Conditions also barred alcohol, drugs, and mood-altering chemicals.
Warn must remain law-abiding and attend future court hearings.
