Defendant Claims She Needed to Learn a Lesson

WALSH COUNTY, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Lankin, North Dakota man is facing a felony level charge of Aggravated Assault, after allegedly assaulting a woman early Sunday morning.
a 49 year old Darren Dvorak of Lincoln North Dakota has been charged with felony aggravated assault according to court documents it happened in the early morning hours of Sunday when the victim became aggressive with another bar Patron Dvorak and the female victim were asked to leave a bar in Park River the female victim stated the argument continued and Dvorak allegedly choked her to the point of unconsciousness during an interview with law enforcement Dvorak said the victim hit him in the mouth Dvorak stated quote I laid her out I decked her back and I kicked her she needed to be taught a lesson unquote I’m Neil Berg reporting for itrfnews.i234.me

  1. There's an ongoing debate whether a man has the right to defend himself if she hits first. Not saying I approve, but there's plenty of angry women out there throwing their weight and swinging fists around. Also, domestic violence goes both ways. Everyone would do well to keep their hands to themselves.
