Cass County, ND (trfnews.i234.me) — A Fargo woman is facing serious felony charges after a federal task force raid led to the discovery of fentanyl and stolen firearms.

According to court documents, Shaina T. Pfau of Fargo was arrested on November 4th after the Fargo DEA Task Force executed a search warrant at 2531 Willow Road North. Officers reportedly found 22 grams of suspected fentanyl pills, 4.7 grams of fentanyl powder, and two stolen firearms during the search.

Pfau was taken into custody at the scene. She now faces felony charges of possession with intent to deliver fentanyl and theft of property, both serious offenses under North Dakota law.

Investigators say the search was part of an ongoing drug trafficking investigation in the Fargo area, aimed at curbing the spread of fentanyl and other controlled substances. The DEA reports that even small amounts of fentanyl can be deadly, with as little as 2 milligrams capable of causing an overdose.

The case remains under investigation by the Fargo DEA Task Force and Cass County authorities. Additional charges or federal prosecution could follow as lab testing and evidence review continue.
