Daycare Provider in Cavalier, ND Charged with Felony Child Neglect

CAVALIER, ND (trfnews.i234.me) A Cavalier, North Dakota woman is facing a felony charge of Child Neglect, while providing daycare.
Susan’s fencin of rural Cavalier North Dakota is facing a felony charge of child neglect while providing daycare at her residence west of Cavalier along Highway five I also just talked with the director of Pembina County social services who says Svensson is not licensed to provide daycare according to the criminal complaint on June 17th of 2019 Svendsen failed to provide proper care our control of Jane Doe a two-year-old child while the child was in Spence ins care Svendsen was providing daycare for the child when the child was located alone approximately two tenths of a miles from Swenson home by another person who was passing by the area approximately 50 minutes had passed from the time the first call was received by the you Pemberton County Sheriff’s Department from a truck driver reporting the child walking alone and the time a sheriff meiting her located Svendsen and notified her that the child was found crying and walking alone on the bike path this is a class C felony that carries a maximum sentence if convicted of five years in prison Svendsen is scheduled to make her initial court appearance on October 28th I’m Neil Berg reporting for i news TV
