A dating app hookup turned into a nightmare for a woman in Wahpeton, North Dakota, leading to major charges against Joshua Jacob Krump. According to court documents, Krump has been charged with a class double-A felony of gross sexual imposition following a violent incident on July 6th.
The victim reported meeting Krump on a dating app and visiting his home at 219 7th Avenue South. After spending some time together, they agreed to engage in sexual relations. However, once in the bedroom, Krump allegedly became violent. The victim claims he slammed her against a wall, headbutted her, pulled down her pants, and performed sexual acts on her while pulling on her mouth and choking her.
If found guilty, Krump faces a minimum sentence of 20 years in prison.
