Meeker County (trfnews.i234.me) — A Dassel man faces two felony drug counts after a task force investigation.

Nathan Douglas Wuollet, 45, of Dassel, is charged with felony first-degree drug sale and first-degree drug possession.

The alleged crimes date to December 29, 2025, according to a criminal complaint filed in Meeker County District Court.

Search warrant in Dassel

The complaint says agents with the CEE-VI Drug and Gang Task Force served a search warrant in Dassel.

It was on the 200 block of Horace Avenue West, the filing says.

Agents were watching a 2022 Ford F-150 registered to Wuollet, the complaint states.

During surveillance, agents say they saw a young man crawl under the truck.

Traffic stop and arrest

Soon after, agents asked for a traffic stop, according to the complaint.

A law enforcement deputy tried to stop the truck, the filing says.

Wuollet then drove away and returned to the residence, the complaint states.

He was taken into custody in the driveway, the filing says.

Meth was found under the truck

After the stop, agents searched the truck’s exterior, the complaint says.

They report finding a green ammo canister attached under the driver’s side.

The canister was held by a magnet, the complaint states.

Inside, agents say they found about 285.28 grams of methamphetamine.

Agents later searched the home, according to the complaint.

They report finding about 1.5 grams of methamphetamine and a digital scale.

Phone texts cited

Investigators also reviewed Wuollet’s phone, according to the complaint.

They report finding texts that discuss drug sales and prices.

The filing lists terms like “fronting,” “half,” and “z.”

Investigators say “z” can refer to an ounce of drugs.

Wuollet was charged by summons, according to the filing.

The case remains active.

Charges are allegations. The defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
