Clearwater County, Minnesota – Damien Stevens, 25, was taken into custody in Clearwater County on February 17, 2025, after being charged with multiple offenses, including DWI, drug possession, and fleeing law enforcement.

According to court records, Stevens faces the following charges:

  • DWI – Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of a Controlled Substance (Misdemeanor) – Statute 169A.20.1(2)
