Harris, born on February 20, 1992, was last released from custody on February 14, 2023, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of July 5, 2023.
Harris was originally sentenced on April 11, 2022, in Dakota County for a weapons-related offense under court file number 19HA-CR-21-2554. His case is being handled by Agent Deana Kosuge, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
