Dakota County, MN – Authorities have issued a fugitive alert for Leslie Herman Wheeler, who is currently wanted after violating the terms of his release. Wheeler, born on October 27, 1983, was last released from custody on December 19, 2022, but has been declared a wanted fugitive as of December 23, 2022.
Wheeler was originally sentenced on November 21, 2016, in Dakota County for a drug-related offense, under court file number 19HA-CR-21-1348. His case is being handled by Agent Lonnie Boyd, and authorities are urging the public to remain vigilant.
