Mentor, Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – A shocking criminal case has emerged from Mentor, Minnesota, where Francisco Arellano, 36, a manager at the local Dairy Queen, has been accused of engaging in a sex act with a 14-year-old employee in exchange for a vape pen.
According to a statement from the victim, the incident occurred during her work shift. The girl stated she performed oral sex on Arellano inside a yellow shed on the Dairy Queen property, and later received a vape pen, which Arellano had reportedly gone to Fosston to purchase. Surveillance footage obtained by Deputy Justin Swang of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office corroborated the timeline, showing both Arellano and the girl walking to and from the shed around the same time.
Video from inside the store also shows Arellano placing an item under the front counter, later retrieved by the girl, who was then seen smiling, concealing the item in her bra, and appearing to vape through her shirt.
Arellano gave conflicting accounts in his police interview, first denying sexual contact but later admitting the teen offered oral sex and that he thought, “what the f%$k am I doing.” He admitted knowing she was 14 or 15, and that her age was on her application.
This disturbing case remains under investigation with charges pending. The details suggest potential felony counts of criminal sexual conduct involving a minor and abuse of authority in the workplace.
