Polk County (trfnews.i234.me) – A Crookston teen has been cited for disorderly conduct following a reported incident at 402 E Fisher Avenue on January 30, 2025.
According to a citation issued by Officer Cody Bannert (Badge #5305) of the Crookston Police Department, Calvin Tyshawn Griffen, born August 16, 2006, was mailed a citation for “offensive/abusive/boisterous/noisy/obscene” conduct under Minnesota Statute 609.72.1(3), a misdemeanor offense.
The offense was recorded at 12:30 PM, and the ticket was officially issued on February 7, 2025. No comments were noted by the officer, and fingerprints were not taken. The case is being prosecuted by the Crookston City Attorney’s Office.
