CROOKSTON, MN (trfnews.i234.me) – 38-year-old Richard John Peck II of Crookston, Minnesota, is facing multiple criminal charges following an incident on the night of July 19th. Peck allegedly crashed his dirt bike into a woman who was walking across the street in the North Acres States trailer court.
