Witnesses told deputies Knutson approached a pickup truck.

Witnesses said he grabbed a woman from behind.
They said he tried to pull her to the ground.
The complaint says he then got into the driver’s seat of the running truck.
The woman told deputies she did not know him.
The filing says Knutson pushed her into the truck and the open door.
A man stepped in to help, the complaint says.
Deputies say Knutson tried to punch the man.
The complaint says Knutson ripped the man’s shirt during the struggle.
The filing notes injuries to the woman’s neck and wrist.
It also notes a broken fingernail.
The complaint says she later sought medical care.
DWI allegations
Deputies say Knutson would not cooperate after the fight.
The complaint says he went limp and refused to walk.
A warrant was later obtained for a blood sample, the filing says.
A hospital draw later showed a 0.231 BAC, according to the complaint.
