The complaint says the reporting party, identified as B.A., had a bloody nose and puffy eyes.
Records say B.A. told police he and Sawyer were in a romantic relationship and had lived together off and on for about a year.
According to the complaint, B.A. reported that Sawyer punched him in the face several times inside the apartment.
The filing says the injuries to his nose and eye area were linked to the reported assault.
Search and Arrest
Court records say Sawyer left the apartment before officers located her.
The complaint states an officer found Sawyer in an alley west of the residence.
Records say Sawyer ran when the officer told her to stop.
The filing says she ran across railroad tracks and toward a gravel pit before surrendering.
The complaint also says Sawyer was uncooperative during the arrest process.
She was taken to the Northwest Regional Corrections Center, according to court records.
