The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reported the arrest of the following –
Sandra Kay Kouba, 72, of Mentor, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired.
Christina Ann Mayotte, 35, for possession of Drugs in the third degree, methamphetamine/amphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone.
Ryan Robert Stewart, 28, of Grand Forks, for DUI with refusal to submit to chemical testing.
Dylan Charles Bye, 21, of Hillsboro, for Domestic Assault, committing acts to cause fear or intimidate bodily harm/death.
