The Northwest Regional Corrections Center reports the arrest of the following-
Jacob Duane Hibl, 38, MN native, for a Public Nuisance charge.
Andrew Peter Sehlstrom, 45, of Mahnomen, for DUI in the fourth-degree driving while impaired.
Rachel Jean Roragen, 48, of Erskine, for DUI in the third-degree driving while impaired.
