Charles Richard Schoen, 44 of Gary, for domestic assault, misdemeanor, intentionally inflict/attempt to inflict bodily harm on another.
Guadalupe Francisco Peralta, 34, of Thief River Falls, for third-degree drug possession, methamphetamine in a school/park/public housing zone.
Jesse Lee Jensrud, 43 of Detroit Lakes, for fifth-degree drug procurement/possession/control by false title, prior conviction
Jason David Wiggins, 51 of Appleton, Wisconsin, for public nuisance, annoy/injure/endanger safety
FIRE REPORT
July 18 at 1:31 p.m. – Called to the 1400 Block of Alexander Street for a smoking campfire. They explained the city ordinance regarding campfires to the resident and cleared the scene.
