The Northwest Regional Correction Center reported the arrest of the following-
Kevin Wayne Haugen, 60, of Erskine, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired.
Gregorjo Goodwin Gonzalez Jr., 21, of Crookston, for DUI in the third degree, driving while impaired.
Thomas James Harvey Applebee, 26, of East Grand Forks, for Damage to Property in the first degree, foreseeable risk of bodily harm.
