FARGO (trfnews.i234.me) – A vehicle traveling south on I-29 cut across all southbound lanes and entered the west ditch. The driver continued driving through a business boulevard, side-swiped a tree, entered a parking lot, and then an adjacent field.
The field was under construction at the time of the incident. A large dirt hill in the field allowed the vehicle to vault up the hill and land on the downside.
The Highway Patrol responded to the scene and arrested 32-year-old Jordan Wichman, of Horace, for DUI-drug charges. He was transported to Essentia Health by ambulance without sustaining any injuries.
