it was a fentol overdose that caused Isa Bowser of Grand Forks to crash into this church in South Washington Street Monday according to court documents he’s now been charged with a string of crimes the criminal complaint says he was driving north on Washington Street fell asleep and crashed into the Calvary Community Church here with three passengers in the vehicle Bowser was still unconscious and had to be removed from the vehicle a thirdparty witness performed CPR on him with until uh Narcan was administered and he regained Consciousness police stated Bowser is a known drug user with several prior convictions for drug offenses an m30 pill was found in the vehicle two of his three passengers were transported to Altru for their injuries Bowser has now been charged with four felonies of reckless endangerment criminal vehicular injury criminal mischief willful damage and possession of fentanyl plus three misdemeanor of DUI drugs second offense in s years DUI refusal second offense in s years and driving under suspension I’m Neil Berg reporting for I trfnews.i234.me
