County Road 48 at County Road 28, TODD TWP, Hubbard County
The Dodge Ram was stopped at the stop sign facing northbound County Road 28 at County Road 48. The Toyota Highlander was eastbound on County 48. The Toyota entered into the turn lane to go south onto County 28. The driver of the Toyota then decided not to make the turn and continued eastbound. The driver of the Dodge pulled out into the intersection with the appearance that the Toyota would be turning. The Dodge was struck by the oncoming Toyota.
