FARGO, ND (trfnews.i234.me) – Nick Gaudin of Fargo is facing a felony robbery charge after allegedly stealing $35 worth of energy drinks and cookies from the M&H on Main Avenue. According to court documents, on June 6th, Gaudin argued with two cashiers over charges before grabbing six energy drinks worth $25.08 and four Oreo bags worth $9.96. He then walked out of the store, followed by a clerk. Gaudin allegedly pushed the clerk and rode away on his bike. The incident was captured on surveillance video. Gaudin was later arrested and now faces charges of felony robbery and misdemeanor simple assault.
